Trend Watch: Dresses!

So dresses aren't a trend per se but the dresses displayed on the Spring 2008 RTW runways of late have me extremely anxious for spring to begin. I love all of the different shapes and colors and patterns - from loose, billowy silhouettes to more structured, rigid forms and from neutral tones to bright pops of color - dresses that seem to say both "come hither" and "go away." This spring looks to be especially excellent and I'm fully ready to satisfy my dress cravings.

However, this post is not about my wishes - it's about those beautiful beautiful dresses that glided down the Spring 2008 RTW runways.

When you've obtained some easy-breezy-beautiful dresses for the springtime, make sure you always have a few light cardigans or a fabulous trench coat on hand just in case the weather gets a bit chilly. Surely, this season, (corny line alert) the flowers won't be the only things in full bloom!
